All parcels are sent out from Jersey either recorded delivery or Parcel Force, so all have a number to either track (with Parcel Force) or to let us know if an attempted delivery has been made (with Recorded Delivery).
Please check, prior to ordering, that the part you require is the correct part for your year and model, as an increasing amount of customers are ordering incorrect parts for their bikes and are suffering unnecessary restocking charges on incorrectly ordered parts. If you are unsure you are ordering the correct part, please contact us, preferably by e-mail.
Also please be aware of the following within our returns policy.
All goods MUST be returned in the same condition and packaging as they were despatched or they will be returned to you and no refund will be issued.
Terms And Conditions
Jersey Harley-Davidson operates a flexible returns policy. Depending
on the parts concerned and the circumstances we will either refund or
exchange any ordered parts at our discretion. In certain cases restocking
charges may be incurred. We also guarantee that we will not sell or pass
your data to a third party outside the Group, in the normal course of
business, unless that third party requires the data to fulfil your order.
Jerseyh-d.com can not be held responsible for any labour charges incurred during
fitment or removal of suspected faulty or incorrectly supplied parts.
(This does not affect your statutory rights.)
VAT payments
In certain cases you may be required to pay the VAT on collection.
If you do have to pay VAT on any Harley-Davidson product (bought online only,
telephone orders will not benifit from this offer) from Jersey Harley-Davidson,
simply scan and email the VAT receipt to
tony@jerseyh-d.com or fax the VAT receipt to us on 01534 280154
and we will ensure that your account is credited in full for the VAT,
any other charges are not covered, this is for VAT charges only.
Customers outside of the UK will not benefit from our VAT free offer.
You will be responsible for any sales tax, VAT and import duties. Jersey
Harley-Davidson will not refund any taxes to non-UK delivery addresses
or non-UK credit card addresses.

Returns must have all original packaging and the item/s returned. Any found to be defective or damaged will be return to buyer at buyers expence.
All returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
We recomend that goods be returned by an insured means.
CANCELATION OF AN ORDER
Should you wish to cancel all or part of your order after we have ordered the item from Harley-Davidson, you will incur a 20% handling fee, no exceptions as we have to purchase all items from Harley-Davidson prior to despatch.
Should you wish to cancel your order after we have posted the item/s to you (the buyer), you will have to ensure the safe return of the goods to us in the condition they were sent, via recorded delivery at your cost and also pay a 20% re-stocking fee.
