Q: How can you guarantee a VAT free price, saving me 17.5%?
Won't I have to pay on delivery/collection?


A: In the United Kingdom some items, for example, items at £17.95 are
below the required VAT level. In certain cases you may be required to pay
some VAT on collection. If you do have to pay VAT on any product
purchased from Jersey Harley-Davidson, simply scan and email the VAT receipt
to tony@jerseyh-d.com or fax the VAT receipt to us on 01534 280154
and we will ensure that your account is credited in full for the VAT,
any other charges are not covered this is for VAT charges only.

Customers outside of the UK will not benefit from our VAT free offer.
You will be responsible for any sales tax, VAT and import duties. Jersey
Harley-Davidson will not refund any taxes to non-UK delivery addresses
or non-UK credit card addresses.

Q: How long will it take for my goods to arrive?

A: All orders that we receive should be with you within 2 weeks if the parts are
in stock. Most items will be insured and "trackable" and not withstanding
restraints caused by post-office limitations, general acts of god, etc. we will
deliver on time.

Q: I live outside of the UK, how much import duty will I be required to pay?

A: You will need to contact your country's authorities and enquire with them.
In many countries we expect that you can still make a significant saving.

Q: How much will I have to pay for post and packaging

A: The postage scale is as follows
If your order is between £20 - £49.99 the charge will be £3.95
If your order is between £50 - £99.99 the charge will be £4.95
If your order is between £100 - £249.99 the charge will be £8.95
If your order is between £250 - £499.99 the charge will be £15.95
Postage is free on all orders over £500

Q: How much will I have to pay for post and packaging if I live outside the UK?

A: A standard charge of only £35GBP is placed on all orders that are delivered
outside the UK regardless to the value of the goods

Q: What if the part is no longer available?

A: If a part is no longer available or has been superseded, we will inform you the
moment we find out and advise you of the new part number, or if we can't get the
required part for you your account will be credited and we will inform you via email.
